Participants enter their name and contact information. Their participant record is created without taking a selfie.
Identify, then photograph
Choose their name with Name Lookup, or scan their pass with Scanner ID. Photos you take are associated with that participant for personal gallery delivery.

Why use it?
- One code for the event. Let guests register through a shared event QR code instead of preparing an individual Scan Card for everyone.
- No selfie step. Participants provide their details directly, ready for your Positive ID event.
- Fits your existing process. Use the records with Name Lookup or Scanner ID. Printed Scan Cards remain an option when they suit your event.
Plan your setup
- Start with a Positive ID event. Simple Check-In collects participant details; it does not use Face Matching to identify photos.
- Select or scan before shooting. Make sure the correct participant is active in the Capture App, then switch when the next guest is ready.
- Keep contact details accurate. Personal gallery delivery uses the information guests provide. Your chosen workflow’s camera, device, scanner, and upload requirements still apply.
