Guest Buy means guests purchase their own photos. You photograph the event and set the online products and prices; each guest chooses what to buy. You can also charge the organizer a coverage fee if that is part of your booking agreement.
Proms, dances, reunions, banquets, holiday parties, and other celebrations work well when guests want photos of themselves and their friends. PartyPics gives each guest a simple way to find and purchase those moments.
QuicPics connects guests with their images through your chosen identification workflow. Guests receive personal gallery links by text or email. You can also enable broader gallery access when the event calls for it.
No. Guests can buy during the event or return afterward. Automated text and email reminders help bring them back to their gallery, so sales can continue after the party ends.
No. Guests choose products and pay through the online store. QuicPics handles checkout, digital delivery, lab fulfillment, and retail order support, so you can focus on photographing the event.
Yes. Include downloads, prints, packages, and photo gifts in your Offer—your event’s product and price list. You choose the available options, retail prices, and customer-facing shipping charges.
No. There are no subscription, license, or onboarding fees. Product sales carry a 5% ecommerce fee and a 3% processing fee, plus applicable product and shipping costs. Neither percentage is charged on collected sales tax.
Face Matching, background removal, automated marketing, retail support, and long-term image hosting are included without separate add-on fees. Optional AI edits have usage-based costs.
Guests can scan an event QR code and use Selfie Check-In™ on their phones. For a photographer-led option, Tap-A-Face™ in the Capture App connects faces in your photos with contact information. Choose the workflow that fits the event.
Yes. Guests can check in, browse their gallery, and buy from a mobile-friendly website. They do not need to install an app to view or order their photos.

Use QuicPics’s FreePics programs for a service booking funded by the organizer or sponsor. PartyPics focuses on guest purchases; FreePics focuses on free guest image delivery. Optional physical product sales are available with FreePics, too.
