How else can I find my photo?
First enter the password provided by the photographer. Many events can be found by entering a portion of the name of the event or the date of the event. If you are still unable to find your event or photos online, please contact your photographer or event coordinator.
Can I have my picture removed from the Web?
Yes. Contact the event photographer and they can remove it for you.
How do I find our team photo?
If your team image did not appear with the individual photos, you can click on the team link at the top of the proof page to view all teams. If you are still not able to find the image, you can call your photographer.
Accessing Your Proofs
Once you find your photo, you can order easily by clicking on the thumbnail-size proof. This will bring you to a shopping cart where you will fill in print size and quantity for that particular frame. Select your image, choose your product and add it to the shopping cart.
I tried adding photographs to my cart, but haven’t had any success. What’s going wrong?
To order through the web site, you must have cookies enabled which will permit you to use the shopping cart feature. To enable this feature in Internet Explorer, visit Tools/Internet Options/Security Settings and check the “Enable Cookies.
When should I receive my photo order?
Prints are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. You should receive the order via US Mail within one week.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Please contact the photographer who shot your event. Their contact information is located at the bottom of the product offering and the proof page.
What if the image on your monitor appears to be too light or too dark?
Your monitor may show a different lightness or darkness than the actual original image. Also, each image is individually corrected by a quality control expert before your photo products are made.
Premium Pearlized Paper gives our prints a glossy finish with a luminous appearance compared to our standard finish. This finish creates images with exceptional visual depth.
A memory mate is an 8x10 composited print of the individual (player) and a photo of the team.

Is there a difference in the quality of proof images and the final photo prodcuts?
Yes, the proof images are of low resolution and have not been corrected of color and density. The final products are printed at much higher resolution and are corrected individually for color and density.
How will the photograph be cropped in the final print products?
The cropping varies on different print sizes. You may crop your image on the website using our free cropping tool. Cropping will be slightly different from the proof size image.
How do you protect my credit card information?
We are certified by VeriSign to utilize the best practices for security of credit card information. Your information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized use. All spaces where the information resides have limited access and the access is granted based on a fingerprint. We are also in compliance with payment card industry standards.
How do I obtain permission to use photos for editorial or advertising purposes?
All images are copyright protected. You should contact the photographer for your event using the contact information listed on the webpages to obtain permission to use the photos.
Can I make copies of my prints or the images online?
To make copies legally, you must obtain permission from the photographer.
